How do you S?

So I've had two master 7 tokens sitting in the loot collection for about 4 months now. I wanted to know if there's a defined score that I have to pass to get an S. People keep saying it's a comparison thing. You get compared to people all around who play the meta that you're using, and to get an S, you must be better than them at it. I say this is a load of bollocks, Because 1: I got an S- yesterday from going 13/5 but an A- from going 17/2, today. I feel a little cheated tbh. And 2: I remember one distinct match when I was mastery 5, I got an S+ by going 0/7. ( I was having an off day ) So like, is it just random? Or are there actual factors that decide if you get an S or not?

It's usually pretty random. Though some positions are judged stricter than others. Not too long ago there was a thread with people complaining about how hard it is for junglers to get an S as the requirements for the system to earn that S are much higher for them than another role like support.

I dunno, I once did a kind of trolly Darius ADC with Nami support game (Nami lands the knockup = free grab and Darius Combo = free kills on bot lane squishies)and amazing it actually worked. Went 17/1/3 or something like that, got some good CS and pretty much made the other team surrender at 20.

I got an A+ for that game.

Other games, I didn't think I did all that great, and then Boom S

Now I haven't gotten a S in ever so its definitely a wonky system.

KDA is minor compared to CS.
