@riot can we have the ability to refund skins after you change(ruin) them?

like i have 0 interest in playing musketeer TF anymore... I'm gonna go back to his base and I wish i could get my rp back(and return musketeer) so i could buy tango TF

seriously though you changed a skin and i think whoever reworked it had to have been on drugs to think that is a musketeer skin...

it makes since that customer would be able to get a refund of the skin so they can actually have a skin they like rather than being stuck with something they originally liked but now dislikes because it was changed

Edit: at least allow them to go beyond the 90 day limit if they have refunds left...but at the same rate it should be a free (doesn't require a refund credit) refund if you ask me

tl;dr / EDIT (READ THIS): this goes beyond the TF issue it applies to any skin you pay for it in its current state they change it without the customers input they should allow you to refund it after the change
