Better messaging for maximum runes and a way to delete them.

I recently ran into the hard limit of 720 total runes. At the time, I did not know this limit existed. I would recommend you improve the messaging on the Rune pages to specify that a player can only own 720 runes of any type. Since you got rid of the combiner there is no way for a player to rectify the problem.

A player, like myself, can end up in the situation of having a ton of IP and own all the champions and decide to buy all the runes. Once they buy all the T1 and T2 runes they would find themselves stuck, being unable to buy T3 runes, with no way to refund or even just delete the T1 and T2 runes.

Nowhere on the rune page does this say it is impossible to purchase all the runes, nor is it evident that buying all the T1 runes and T2 runes can prevent you from being able to buy all the T3 runes.
