What about a support item that increases your heals on ally units? RIOT keeps heal base&scaling low(in most cases) ,because let´s be real heals can be annoying to play against,but what about an item which increaes your heals on ally units?Solo laners couldn´t abuse it a.k.a self-healing and supports would get their their impact on the game buffed.
Would this be a good idea?
It would just become a core item for certain champions, and they would nerf those champions' heals to the point that nothing really changed but they are now required to have that item to be as good as they used to be.

That already exists, and it also buffs other spells. It's called Ability Power.
