A message to all "carries" out there

Hey there, this is your [jungler, top lane, support] here. You know the one who is sitting over here with a score something like 4/5/6 or 1/8/16 or maybe even 0/9/2. You know the one who was silent and or kind with our words of congratulations? We sit here as we watch you with your 15/2/3 or 9/0/2 and you talk smack to the enemy team saying how you just dominated their team. I would like you to think back to the game. How many times did we save your butt because you made a stupid mistake and we took the death instead of you. How about all those times we engaged the enemy team and took EVERY SINGLE ABILITY from the enemy team, causing you to not even get one single point of damage as you ran your way to a penta kill? How about all those times we were so "in their face" that they panicked, or decided I was the priority target. How about that time where I teleported bot, I even pinged for it, and you guys were blind, causing me to die and or have to blow flash and or get behind in top. How about all those wards we placed down? meanwhile I look at your wards placed and you didnt even use your trinket in lane. Im not angry, we won that is what is important. But the one thing I would like to ask you is to get rid of the mirror, stop looking at yourself, and realize there are at least 3 other people that are the reason you got to do any of those things. I don't even need you to verbally say that it was because of me that we won. What I do ask you to do is stop being so conceited and realize because everyone else did their job you got to do yours.

Or else one of these days I might be able to save you, and won't. Not because I hate you or want to lose, but because you need to learn there is no "I" in team.

P.S Im sorry I stole that penta kill from you but you got a quadra kill. You arent the only person who needs gold. (I also saved your life there too)

I'm going to completely and utterly disagree with you there, only because of the penta I got this week.

Sure, everyone on my team had some assists, but they weren't exactly the deciding factors in that game. They barely had any gold advantage. I didn't even get a kill until 12 minutes into the game, after I'd been ksed by my support, jungle, and mid, and they still had not even close to as much impact.

Sir you are a great example of why I wrote this. This isnt an every single game case, of course there are cases where one person carries. But in most games that I play this is the case for me

I also played a game as Warwick this week. I'm pretty sure I only left the jungle 3 times. I did less damage than Thresh. We still won, because 11/3 Nidallee.

Just because you feel like you made a giant impact doesn't mean it actually would've changed the consequences. If I get 3 kills as Jinx in lane, this game is pretty much over.

You must suck as a jungle if you only ever left 3 times. Your argument still has little to no reasoning behind it. You use single case senarios when I am talking as an over view and with collected samples. You are a typical mid/adc player who believe they are the only thing that matters in the game, until as the jungle or a good support, or top lane, I destroy you and then you complain to your team mates that they arent peeling for you, ect ect ect. Junglers, supports and top lanes have a ton of unrealized impact on the game

Edit: The moment you escape bronze 5 then you will start gaining credibility when you talk about who actually has impact on the game. I hate to pull the elo card but I believe in this case I am totally justified

Edit 2: To explain why I feel justified is the fact that anything below gold 5 requires almost no team work and peoples understanding of the game mechanics and concepts is so vastly underdeveloped that it produces a very toxic mindset where they believe they "carry" a game. A lot of the champions I play are all about ensuring my laners get the gold/support/kills they need. While I love playing for myself and I do every so often have a game where I dominate, up in my elo if I were to think I was the only one on the team that would immediately spell gg

I think you mean "permits almost no teamwork". Having better strategic awareness than your team just means you show up to objectives alone, and either die or watch the enemy take them while you can't do anything. That's elo hell.

It's possible to shut down the enemy team with everybody on your team having a high KDA ratio.
