@Riot, please ban these summoners: At Exner & Archer Pleasant

There were trolling around in a bot game, doing nothing but just feeding all the way. Yea, I still do play bot games just to cool off and get my 1st wins, and I only play bots whenever I get numerous losses due to too many idiots, decliners & fake high elo smurfies being in my team in normal games. And if you look up at both of their match history, they have played nothing but bots all matches, not even a single normal games seen. And if you think it's because "Dude why u so mad? They're new man, come on", it's totally not. First:

1. They are both level 30.
2. Their items are still shiet. I already knew how to itemize since like level 15+.
3. All matches, not a single kill at all.
4. As observed from my match, one just stood under tower and gets himself free hits. Even spams spells randomly with not one hitting the enemy.
5. When they knew they receive continuous heavy damage from a threatening bot (eg. a fed Brand), they never ran. Just aa away on him. And what's worse? He's a Karma......

So here's what I request, please ban these accounts at once. After like one month of gaming, their only goal in their bots game league life is to just feed away and ruining the experiences of the other 3 players. Shouldn't the Banning of Intentional Feeders be acted on this type of situation as well??
