Mysterious "Interference" on LCS Stream

So, there's this unusual "interference on the LCS streaming. It seems to be suggesting a new Project skin, at least in my opinion, or perhaps a new champion?

I think it might be a Project Zed skin as he has two skins after THREE years of being in the game. And only one of them is popular. Plus, the chromapacks for Shockblade Zed mysteriously disappeared because of a bug. Not to mention they're buffing him a bit, which means he's probably getting a new skin. xD

What do you guys think?

. The stream just ended, and at the ending screen started doing that weird thingy and as soon that it ended it flashed and said PROJECT. There was also a champion smiling in the way that looked very much like Kha'Zix' or Draven' smiling.

Hmmm. . . I don't know. It didn't look like Draven to me. If it weren't for the recent Ace of Spades Ezreal and him having Pulsefire, I'd say it was him because of the smile and the lines under the eyes. It really doesn't look like ANY of the champions to me.

Zed makes the most sense to me (although there aren't any visual similarities) considering his lack of skins and the scheduled buff. I just really hope it's Zed.
