Inspiron 15 3000 Series (Intel®) Laptop with Available Touch Screen

Okay, so. Right now I'm running a Dell Latitude E6400 from back in the stone age of 2007. I found it on Craigslist for $80 to hold me over, since my ex took our custom built after we split. I have a friend of mine who's working on a new rig and is letting me take his old one once his new one is complete (which will probably be at least a year from now, as he wants only the best of the best and that'll add up quick). CYBERMONDAYHYYYPEEE. Mad deals everywhere right? So I found this gem here, (originally $350 on sale on Black Friday for $230) after my friend deterred me from getting a different laptop with only an Intel Celeron which he said the processor was "celery celeron" lel gg Anywho, that same friend told me that if I intend to play League and also stream I should be looking for at least an i5 processor. side note: my current laptop, which has an Intel Centrino processor, allows me to stream at 480p when I run my client at lowest graphics, but my FPS is constantly fluctuating anywhere between 10-19 and I get lovely ping spikes at random. this computer, when not streaming, runs league at medium graphics in colorblind mode with no champion inking, at 23fps. AAAAANYWAY I just need to know if the laptop I've linked here, with the i3 processor, will allow me to play League with a little more wiggle room for graphics and hopefully a higher fps rate than the 25 cap I currently have to use.

And for bonus information that I'm just too lazy to Google Anyone know if I can run Ori and the Blind Forest on this? It's the game I currently have wet dreams about.

Thanks in advance and don't forget not to buy RP until the 29th through the 3rd for bonus RP!
