I suck about PING stuffs, but I really need to know

Why do I only receive 15-20 ping on American server in Overwatch, but 230 ping on NA server in League of Legend. These are the pings I received on both games in Malaysia (which was another reason why I switched to my smurf in Garena for better ping)

Seriously, what differentiates the both of them to get such a different amount of ping?
