So Sion gets a new skin. What about some QoL Buffs to celebrate?

See Title. Nothing to big, to prevent him going overboard and attracting the Freelo Playerbase.

Just dunno, better shield scaling. Or making his passive a bit more useful. Better Ult steering.

Other ideas?

There's a decent amount of QoL buffs he could get but honestly he doesn't need them.

This skin... is... ALL... he needs! >:3

Maybe slightly increase the speed at which his q charges. Not too much otherwise the cc would be ridiculous
