Gemstone madness

I find a gemstone, I have no intent of getting any of the skins out of it so I turn it into a chest and key, wait what is this??? I got three things out of this, an Ezreal skin, some of the christmas candy stuff, but what could be the third... :O WHAT A GEMSTONE BUT HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE WHAT THIS IS MADNESS RIOT FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
