Add ping mute please.

We have the possibility to mute someone who spams chat, but peoples who spam Pings is much more anoying. And in Silver / Gold divisions it's a problem, obvious pings and spam are realy anoying.

No joke with Machinima's animation, this is sometimes reality ,-,.
