More in Depth Report Cards

_You're in a teambuilder trying out a new role. Your jungle talks smack and says he plans to first blood the enemy Rengar at his red buff. Scarce minutes later, your jungle gets killed in his Yi vs Ren matchup. He proceeds to feed mid, top, and jungle, while you and the adc your are supporting are fighting a losing lane. Yi proceeds to spend time afk, then running in to die. Finally he dcs entirely. You sigh, prepare to wait the 8 minutes left to surrender, and ask the enemy team to report him. "Everyone has bad days, you are just being toxic. Reporting you." _

I kid you not that was a game. The enemy top, adc, and support all start badmouthing me and my team, saying it was our problem and we were toxic. No one on our team was raging, there weren't even any curse words being thrown around. And yet in game and in the lobby I was told that I would be getting reported for asking them to report an afk. Now I know it probably won't result in anything, as I did nothing wrong or worthy of punishment, but it got me thinking. Could Riot include a more in depth report card for players? I know they used to have a justice rating for Tribunal, could something similar be done to show current/past reports on you? I feel it would be a way to positively influence players and help stop toxic players. Sometimes people don't get that what they are doing is bad; if you could see what people were reporting you for it could help you stop before getting punished.
