.....and you're gonna write that long-ass paragraphs of why he deserve this buff in the Patch Notes, we'll just ignore it & assume it being "WE JUST WANT MORE FLASHY LCS PLAYS HURR DURR DURR".

Like, Sion Jungle needs more attention here, but yea, let's go to that one popular counterjungler needing a buff......

At least give me tons of useful context of why Lee Sin is getting buffs instead of Sion? And something that explains a lot about Sion's low pickrate compared to Lee Sin.

Lee sin getting buffs at all is a mistake. People just need to stop giving him an abyssal win rate by playing him when they obviously can't.

Lee Sin has a 45% winrate across all elos, including diamond and challenger. Lee doesn't need to be made op again, I just want him to be made viable. I think this to be true for all champions with abysmal win rates, but I'm really hoping Lee gets on sooner than the others because its a shame that a champion that can be so fun is just so bad now. All in all though, when a champion has a winrate like that even in the higher elos it's usually not the players that are making that so, it's just the champion sucking.

TLDR: Lee needs a buff because he sucks and all the other low tier champs should be looked into getting fixed too

It doesn't matter if he's supposed to be able to do both or not. He's a top laner.

Like saying you want them to balance sion around jungle might as well be saying why aren't they balancing Elise around top lane.

The fact that you'll just ignore it and think its because of LCS means you aren't the type of player who handles things not going their way well. "I won't read a paragraph I'll just assume" okay so your point is that you're too ignorant to listen? Doesn't give Riot much of an incentive to buff your Sion because you main him jungle or something.
