who are going to create a smurf account, could you at least main supports before lv 30? We all know you are going to roflstomp the new people, but you might as well do them a favor and instill in those freshlings the fact that supports in fact actually do work, as a counter balance to you being a jerk to them

Nope. That would drag out the games way longer than they need to be dragged out, and you'd lose more often. Support is really one of those roles (at least I think) that you really need full runes and masteries to do well.
