On whoever makes the first mistake, isn't picking a popular champ, or doesn't do exactly what you thought they should do, just go play something else please. This is a team game and communication is just about the most important thing to it. If you can't die a couple times without flying off the handle at whoever you think is the easiest target, then you need to play a game where there aren't 4 other people to cause such issues.
