Why haven't I receive my Mystery Gift from Riot?
But somehow, a lot of you guys here, including my friends, has already received it by now. If I really didn't deserve to get any Mystery Gift, at least send me a reason why at client lol.

In both cases I would be very late. I was also very late to receive my 4 win IP boost, and haven't received this one yet either. So I'm guessing one of these two is the reason.
