Starting to think I shouldn't play to let others get better

So long story short O have this curse that sorta works like a Seesaw. I can win a great many matches till b3 but after that I Know what comes next is just a nightmare. I will then loose every single game via my own inability or stupidity, Someone having to leave because of majorly bad ping, An afk, Or someone who is so rude that they only want to being others down with them till I am right back at the bottom of hell. So with that out of the way, Should I even play anymore? I really enjoy league just knowing that my curse can hold others back other than myself is started to make me feel pretty bad.
