Does Riot have plans to install a High-five Button anytime n the near future?

I ask because that would really be a good step away from toxicity imho. I can understand if you don't, but still I have my fingers crossed.

I agree. I'm often giving praise to my teammates but typing the gj wouldn't be as cool as a sound bite or something

I was thinking about a "Thanks", or "Good Job" ping. I wish I had that.

I don't know. I often use something else to do that. It's called Chat-Box I think

I would love for that to happen. However, this would require animating 116 champions so that their "High Five" animation would match with every other champion. It's actually a LOT of work. Riot already has problems keeping up their production. (We are getting only 2 Harrowing skins this year) so... I can't really say they will do it, but it would be incredible if they did do this.

I think this idea should be used similar to a ping or team announcement! I don't imagine the champs actually high-fiving each other. The usage of a ping or quick /command which gives praise to the team/individual would be a great builder of teamwork. A "gj" is cool and all but a more refined or noticeable way to reinforce the good plays of teammates would greatly increase this feeling of positive teamwork!
