Put solo queue in for all ranks, not just the top tiers....

My main account, plat 1, placement matches had 0 AFK's or feeders or trolls.

This account, 3 matches that had an afk, get silver 2, cant fucking get out of it due to nothing but premade trash, or stupid picks like Lucian top lane, who goes 0-5 in fuckin 10 minutes...

PLEASE RIOT, fucking listen to the god damn forums.... Dynamic queue fucks ALL tiers, not just the higher up ones, plat is just as bad as silver in those terms, dynamic queue is designed to fucking keep you in your elo that you get placed in unless you make premades... come on....

I thought for one second that you were going to fix dynamic queue, but i was wrong, you only fixed it for diamond and above...

Wanna know what ELO hell is? It's not your team mates sucking, it's your team not picking champs that synergize well each other, they just pick what they are good at in an attempt to carry REGARDLESS of counters, so it's an instant loss in champ select 9 times out of 10.
