LP nerfs?

I seem to remember wins in ranked used to give higher amounts of lp, and losses used to take away less. I remember ranked games where I would get 23, 24, and even 25 lp sometimes, and losses seemed to take away less than they are now (I may just be imagining that). I won a 45 minute game recently and only got 18 for winning. It is so frustrating and takes so long to climb when you get so little for winning. Has anyone else noticed or is it just me? Does it seem like lp got nerfed?
