The following is a transcript of a voice recording taken on [REDACTED] while aboard The Mothership.

[22:18:54 RNE] Mission Control: Control to Captain Teemo, can you read me?

[22:18:58 RNE] Teemo: Captain Teemo on duty!

[22:19:01 RNE] MC: We're detecting mass amounts of debris headed your way, please access radar instrumentation and report back, I repeat, please access radar instrumentation and report back.

[22:19:06 RNE] Teemo: Yes sir!

[22:19:42 RNE] MC: Control to Captain Teemo, what's the status report? Have you detected the debris storm?

[22:19:45 RNE] Teemo: -Signals Affirmation-

[22:19:48 RNE] MC: We're estimating that the debris storm is being propelled at around 85MPH. At that speed and size, the damage will be catastrophic, most likely resulting in 34% destruction of The Mothership. Inform the everyone on board the vessel, and suit up entirely. Activate the Hextech shielding system immediately, in the meantime, we'll devise a plan.

[22:19:54 RNE] Teemo: -Signals Affirmation-

Soon after the warning was issued by control, the debris storm struck The Mothership, penetrating through the defenses quickly. The Hextech shielding system implemented by [REDACTED] was only able to deflect 9% of the damage directed towards The Mothership.

[22:35:10 RNE} MC: This is control to Captain Teemo can you read me? According to our life-monitors more than half the crew are KIA, can you confirm? Report on status of the mothership ASAP.

[22:35:25 RNE] Teemo: Reporti- (Heavy static and background noise flood communication)

[22:35:29 RNE] MC: We're now detecting a 65% destruction rate of The Mothership, can you confirm Captain? Damn, our coordinate system now tells us you are outside the vessel and into space, can you confirm?

[22:35:35 RNE] Teemo: -Signals Affirmation-

{22:35:39 RNE] MC: Okay, we're going to need you to breathe, conserve as much oxygen as you can. Focus on trying to stay conscious and awake. Is the rest of the crew alive?

In that moment, while being propelled into space, Teemo looked around as best as he could, identifying the remains of his fallen yordle comrades. He was used to death, used to blood, It's what he's exposed to on a daily... But something just clicked in his head. He could no longer tolerate death. It made him sick. Teemo stretched his arm over to the side of his head, and with the click of a button, withdrew the visor on his helmet. With one last exhale, Teemo put on the widest grin he could muster.

The following is the last known photograph of Captain Teemo, taken by a camera attached to a piece of wreckage:
