I think this idea has been thought of but is there a specific reason not to? maybe just 1 token per season? it wont hurt much. ANd plus it's by season so it should pass the 90 day limit right, if they want to refund a bad skin? Idk how long a season is..but Please take this idea into consideration
Why have tokens at all? Just make things non-refundable after x days. It's not like they money is leaving the system, you're just getting RP back and then you can apply it to something else, but everything is non-refundable after like 10 days.
At least one or two tokens each season would be great.

Or better yet why don't they just let you test drive skins? Release like 1 or 2 free skins every week along with champions.

I think I recall hearing that some manner of refund token generation was in the long-term scope of changes they're wanting to make.
I agree very much, I spent my tokens on something like Ashe or Ryze when I was just level 6... like really.
Now that I know what refunds really are for, I have a lot of things I could refund. Zac's skin, my Anivia Skin etc.
I feel like they might consider it if tokens were to cap at 3, and you get one every season.

I think there is a lot to be said on this issue as there are a lot of problems surrounding going into this (they'd be trashing the entirety of one of their policies), however there are a ton of benefits. It cushions the game a bit for newer players, allows more trial and error with champions, and overall makes the game a bit more forgiving. However, there still need to be guidelines, like if you buy a champion and you want to refund them, you can only play 3 games with them (and can't play ranked) otherwise you can't get your RP back. Otherwise someone can just save up 6.3k IP, buy a champion, and then refund them 89 days later and try a new one. In total, it's a good idea with some holes to patch up.

I think granting 1 refund token per year or season (up to a 3-cap) would be perfect.
I think they should give us more tokens or give us an X amount of days to return something. I know i wanted to return Nautilus when my brother bought him instead of the champion i really wanted but Riot wouldnt do that for me
Yeah, I really need some refunds aswell. Used them all at level 18 on 
; that I already own now, on a skin for a darius that I, again, own now and on 
which I didn't bother buying yet.

Well, the thing is you are always vulnerable of the people refunding over and over so they get a new skin every day doing this. So then you have to put a refund limit...the tokens, and that's where we are now. The problem is you cannot give people unlimited refund because they will abuse the system.
It's sad, but i'm pretty sure it will stay like that.
One idea would be to give refund tokens at the beginning of a new season only for your future purchases, So that way, it gives more experienced players the same advantages that a new player would have by having the opportunity to refund a bad purchase without giving them the possibility to get retroactive refund of something they bought 1 month ago
They should just give you teh refund token back if you rebuy whatever you used it on.
IE. used tokens on ryze, aatrox and annie. buy annie in store for 450ip and get your refund token back with it.

I think, just as an Idea, we should only be able to spend them on RP Purchases. If not for the Senor members, for the new players who go buy Ashe and decide they don't like her.

I think they should give more refunds more often than every season maybe every 90 days they get 1 or 2 more tokens for the next 90 day period i mean who cares really. My point would be when i was just starting i bought stupid things and didn't know but when i got better and am now close to platinum i know about the game more and i see my friends that are like in bronze or not even level 30 yet making these decisions because their lack of game knowledge.

This should be a given :/ I know that riot doesn't want it bused but with so many purchases and champions that one does not use, it would be nice to get some of them back.
