Interface of The tribunal?

Is Riot going to update the look of the tribunal page? its the same interface as the old LoL website. And when they update it will they change the whole report thing? The green letttering honestly burns my eyes x.x JUst a suggestion and if I'm late x.x Sorry!

Some of their pages are out of date like this, including the Tribunal and RaF (Refer-a-Friend). I don't really get why to be honest...
