Why is jhin so much less creepy in the splash?
He honestly looks r%%%%%ed to me in the splash and i got such a creepy vibe from him in the teaser.

Well, it would be a nice change of pace for it not to be your typical pretty boy psychopath who dresses fancy and shoots you in a fancy way for artistic flair.
It'd be interesting for him to be horridly deformed and hideous, but trying his best to cover it up because it's not beautiful or perfect in his eyes. Which would tie into the mirror being shattered in the splash art and the mask. I was kinda hoping he'd be draped in like a trench coat in the way Twisted Fate is, but with gloves and everything. Like he's really trying his best to not show what he truly looks like.
From the splash art, he looks like a mess, but maybe that's the idea? I totally get what you mean though. His splash art doesn't have the sinister vibes I was getting from the teaser. Maybe it's because too much is exposed, like part of his arm being bare and his whole outfit feeling a bit lacking. I'll wait to see the model before I truly judge.
