She is kinda overloaded, though. She got nerfed to hell and back to the point where only pros can use her, but she's got a really good basic kit.

she is in a lane where kiting is harder since the enemy she is facing is range the only reason i have problems fighting her some times is she has an annoying support like Thresh force feeding her kills

It's not her passive that's the problem for me, it's her utility that she had on top of it. She's a mini-Ashe with all that crap she gets.

I feel like Ashe is stronger to be honest but I do get what your coming from I feel like her version should get some small tweaks same with her slow and maybe a small damage cap on monsters but in exchange riot needs to buff her in some way

Maybe lower her spell usefulness and revert the AA damage nerf?

There's one spell in specific. Her E shouldn't be able to invalidate the jungler's role at objectives.
