Riots logic on refunds
You have been a part of the league community for 3 years. but you uses the 3 refunds we gave you there for go fuck yourself.

Exactly. Be glad they gave you three. I used all up fairly fast....but I was thankful for those when I first got champs to try and found out I didn't like them
I had three refunds.
I used two of them refunding champions I had purchased for IP (Jayce and Talon) who I later rebought.
However, I refunded them to get enough IP for a name-change shortly after they made previously taken names available if they belonged to an unused account.
Considering how much I love my current Summoner Name, I feel that it was well worth the cost.
