Hey why are mounted champions so rare?

Why are mounted characters so rare in league of legends? Seems like there would be more people that have a mount of some kind other than just 3 of like 120+ champions seems like a low number. is a mount so Idk if he really counts

becuase Riots lore department is really bad at making a story up, You'd probably see something like "Nunu rides a yeti because nunu's legs are paralyzed".

because mounted champions all look like shit so no one plays them

Probably because they are harder to animate than someone who isn't.
