35 Normal Draft Restriction

So, got a 35 "win" 35 Normal Draft game restriction this weekend. Thank you Riot, guess I have to make yet another account. And use my RP points from the other 3 to send champs to new one. So ridiculous I have to do this every couple months. I don't curse in chat at all, yes sometimes i may tell someone they are bad, but seriously Riot you worried about me telling someone who goes 1/15 that they are bad when I get a kda of 9/0/8. IDk about the rest of the community but I would rather have the most toxic player on the planet on my team that has a KDA like that who i can just go and click on "mute" then someone who feeds, doesn't listen to advice, afk's, trolls, etc etc. Thanks to your garbage system you allow all the trolls and "baddies" literally kill all the joy of attempting to rank up.

But please Riot explain it to me how you implement a "mute" option but still restrict accounts for "verbal abuse" but do NOTHING about trolls? You people realize that if someone wasn't int feeding enemy team there would be no reason for the flames right???? Oh well guess i could always try DOTA2 or Heros of the storm, I spend probably $600 a year on LoL maybe they can do more with my money then a company who caters trolls who completely ruin your game.

Is "permanent ban" a hard concept to understand? That is what they want you to do: go to another game. The little bit of money you can give them does not compare to the damage to their brand that you cause.

That "I" cause, so you are telling me you would rather play a ranked match with a bunch of trolls that cause you to lose then have to mute 1 person and rank up? makes total sense. Guess you also failed to grasp the "if there were't trolls most people wouldn't get flamed" concept either.

I would rather be on a team with someone who was nice but did very poorly instead of someone who was abusive but carried hard. The vast majority of people who play this feel the same way that I do.

I would also rather be on a team with just a troll than be on a team with a troll AND someone who is screaming at the troll.

Regardless of whether the target of your abuse is an unskilled player or an intentional troll, either way nobody wants to hear what you have to say to them.

Well this explains why people get stuck in elo hell. Slow kids like this, who have no idea how mute button works. "hey guys lets report this guy who we could friend and carry us all out of bronze/silver/gold and honor the troll who is lvl3 at 15 min with a 1/14 kda, gg"

This is why i have little to no respect for most of the people who play this game anymore.

Mute button and report button are not mutually exclusive?

It's a false choice. You do not ever get to choose between a "feeder" and a rager. And you raging does nothing to stop a person from feeding. So now the other 3 players have to deal with the feeder and you raging.

The mute button doesn't exist so that you can say whatever you want.

All I'm saying is you can actually do something about someone raging, its called "mute" and bam all taken care of. I know it sounds difficult to some but you really only have to press "tab" and click on mute symbol next to the person flaming.

But what can you do about int feeders, trolls, afk's??? Nothing, not a darn thing. Yes you can report them but since they usually say nothing all game riot does absolutely nothing about it or works on a system to get rid of them.

Mute so you can deal with it immediately, report so hopefully you or anyone else has to deal with them again.

Mutes existence has nothing to do with reporting.

You are right that there is nothing you can do about trolls but that nothing includes being an ass to them which does nothing but make things worse.

Well, like i said. I would rather rank up and and make plat or diamond with every flamer out there then play game after game/season after season with trolls.

Then again im smart enough that if i see people talking crazy in champ select i immediately mute them and go on to win a ranked match.

Moral of the story, if you have a horribly sad life you can literally troll every ranked game you want making sure that your team looses every single time. Just do not say anything during the game and you will never have account restrictions.

Trolling is much harder to quantify and detect. That's the whole point of trolling, to find ways to bother people inside the rules. You raging at them is just giving them exactly what they want. If you feed a stray cat, it will come back.

It is hard to detect if you just report it. But like i mention in OP, i have seriously recorded games with trolls that ANYONE could identify as intentionally trolling match. And I got a chat ban restriction from something I said at the end of game. But the troll......just keeps on trolln.

yes, hes probably gonna get away with it for a while, because its harder to detect. You just demonstrated that.

A computer can judge negative attitude and verbal abuse that's why it gets punished more frequently, its low hanging fruit. In my experience ragers are much more common than trolls although I don't see many of either anymore.

Here's a hint. Stop telling bad players that they are bad. They know, reminding them does nothing but make them report you. If you would actually try to help them, okay, but that doesn't seem to be what you are doing. You do well, someone else does poorly, and you think it's perfectly appropriate to say, in whatever terms you do, "hey you're bad". It's not helping. In my opinion, and Riot's, you got exactly what you deserved. The problem comes up when they let you make another account, on which you will inevitably drive away new players while leveling up by telling them they are bad compared to you. Reading some of your comments in this very thread, such as "road the short bus to school with you" and "Slow kids like this" makes me think Riot should just ban your IP from connecting to the game. God forbid you actually just win 35 normal games and move on like a mature adult.

Did i ever mention "bad players" nope, didn't think so. I said "trolls, afks, int feeders". Clearly reading is something you do not do often. What drives GOOD players (like myself) away is not only people like you who cannot understand the English language, but trolls who decide to int feed enemy while yours in promo's or series. But god forbid if someone uses the mute button.

You do realize that if Riot perma banned every IP that called a "TROLL" bad a ranked match would be nothing more than kids trying to see who could feed the enemy team more. Gl with that if it ever happens.

They don't have to perma ban them. Most people learn from a short ban.

First of all I don't play tristian, second riot doesn't EVER inform you if the person you reported got banned or resrricted. Another short bus rider.

Wrong. When the instant punishment thing bans someone it tells the people who reported them.

Really kid, I've reported hundreds of people. I've reported people for things from afk'ing whole match to death threats. Not ONE time have I ever gotten a message telling me anything. All Riot says is that "due to summoner code they are unable to give me details on reports/open cases"

Please keep proving to me how intelligent you are, or the lack there of.
