Hextech Crafting Balance

So I dont have any problems with the new hextech crafting. However, I do wonder if the balance of drops is quite accurate. I know that they want people to get rewarded for doing well but i'm collecting chests quite a bit faster than keys. Is anyone else having this problem? Does the system need to be tuned a touch?

key frag drops decrease with the more you get is what i've heard. supposed to be a drop chance reset or something from what i've read. i'm still not getting any myself.
