I hate people who complains Nasus is the OP shit

Well, i don't think Nasus is even remotely OP. Very well balanced. Basically needs the jungler to babysit or else he'll be destroyed by anyone who knows how to play against him. Very susceptible to ganks too, and often ignores mid game team fights in favor of farming.
That said, i really don't like when people say "X is balanced because champion Y exists". Just because you happen to own and play champion Y doesn't mean every player owns or plays that champion. It takes a REALLY long time to get all of the champions, a lot longer when you buy runes and rune pages. Learning how to play every champion well is even Harder.
I could be wrong but i would guess over 95% of players only really play (more than a couple times in a season) at most 6 champions in their main role. So having 1 or 2 or even 6 champions that counter someone out of 20+ in the roll isn't a solution. Even if there were sufficiently many counters, how does that help when you pick someone else first?
Regardless, you should be able to beat nasus early on any champion, so there shouldn't be a big issue there. Might need more jungle cooperation but that's about it.

Well here is a reason why...
People speng 3100 gold for a bloodthirster that adds 80 AD or 3300 gold for IE which adds the same amount. Or 1550 for a BF sword which ads 50 AD.
Nasus can farm 27 minions or 4 minion waves to get the same amount on his Q which at max rank has a redicilously low cooldown. It also can hit turrets and melt them and it can CRIT!!! It ALSO scales with his AD on top of that.
Now a nasus with 250 cs has 750 stacks, that is equal to a little over 9 bloodthirsters/ infinity edges that cost something like 28000 to 29000 gold! Or 15 BF swords that cost 23250 gold!!
Now if that can be considered fair, idk what unfair really is... So yes it is op and people do well to complain about it.
Also i have to add that the only way to prevent him from getting 'big' is to dedicate one person to him, one persin that must always be in the lane trying to deny as much cs as possible. Also Nasus can be countered with a darius but what happens when he gets picked after you have already picked your top laner that isn't a nasus counter?? Giving away ca for free to any champion is bad but letting nasus free farm is 300% worse as he gains permanent power.
Just think of it for one second... 1 cs = 3 permanent dmg on his redicilously low cd q. I think it's too much bruh.
I just finished out a game with a Jax laning against a Nasus. I started Red on Blue side and made it my point to give Jax the pressure he needed to get ahead after I got my double buffs. Jax took one kill on Nasus and then helped me kill off the Kha'zix who tried to countergank and then the race was on. Jax was able to zone Nasus out of farming entire waves of CS with his Q and started taking down turrets like we all know that a good Jax does.
Beating the dog is about not letting him farm entire waves without consequence. There are several champions capable of zoning Nasus off of waves in the early game and if as a jungler you can help your top laner accomplish that, it makes the rest of your game infinitely easier. Jax started roaming later into the game and helped me pressure other lanes (and take down turrets) with his teleport while Nasus floundered for a foothold in the game. Sure, Darius and Teemo are excellent picks against Nasus, but they aren't the end-all-be-all of how to deal with the dog.
