It's the same as Graves' smoke screen or Quinn's Q; the fog of war covers everything except a fairly small region around you.

Talking bout like the entire thing i want to see and hear lol . Like i want to see whoever screen turn dark, the weird (metal?) Background sounds and him saying OBLIVION. Not just the quiet one but like when your on the enemy team and its really loud.
