What's your opinion if Overwatch decides to ban new heroes for first two weeks before League does?

I'm just curious, cz in the Overwatch GD, there were certain threads such as this were put up (majority of them were created right after Ana was included). And I don't like League being the one to do every updates last minute, and because of this, I'm gonna have some disrespect for Riot more & more.
