When someone purposefully turns off all chat themselves, that probably means they don't want to hear the rude, toxic, and snarky comments that the enemy team has to say. And since reports don't include post-game chat, what better way to harrass someone than to do it in post-game chat. I think if all-chat is off, then it should turn off enemies comments in post-game chat too. I mean yeah, sometimes they just say GGWP but a lot of other times, they talk trash about you or your teammates. Now you may think that I can just leave the stats, but maybe I want to look at them. Maybe I want to say some stuff that's positive to my team. The less places that hate can be shown in game, the better. I'm just trying to practice champions and even try some new ones in normals since it's preseason. Yeah, I can mute them, but whatever they said to get me to mute them is already in my brain, ruining my attitude for the rest of the day. I already have to mute people the second they say something questionable, which destroys team communication. I understand it's hard to control things like this for Riot, hopefully the community can work together to find solutions (like the new LeaverBuster system).

What I'm saying is that they make me, and many others feel very , which basically ruins the game experience. It makes me want to stop playing. But good teammates, and the fun of improving keeps me playing.
