Summoner Names - Level 6

Garen, Katarina, KhaZix, Volibear, Kassadin, Annie, Poppy, Nasus.. These are just some of the few names I've looked in to, and I believe every single champion name is taken. That's obvious, of course, 6 year old game and a single champion name isn't taken? But why are they all level 6? There are a few new ones like Illaoi and Yasuo that are level 30, but they haven't played any games (at least not ones that are publicly visible). Are these accounts held by Riot? Or do people actually make these accounts?

Also, RIP Udyr name. Was a legit player, quit in 2014, it looks like. I'll never get my champ name :(

Its like trying to get the name of a popular anime character or video game character. Like hell if your getting Zelda or Link and you werent in the beta. Besides, I personally think its stupid to try to go with the name of a champion or something like that, be original.

Also one thing that I hate for summoner names is all the retarded fanboys who put TSM or other team names in their names. Pretty much some wanabee headed back into bronze that starts acting like tough shit because they put that in their name.

If i remember correctly Riot does make an account with the champion name when they are created. Im not too sure how it will work if the champion name is already in use though. It be a shame to force someone to change their name, but again im not too sure how that works.

I personally want to make a 5's team that usses the account specific to the champ they will be playing for that match such as:

Ryze Bot

Ahri Bot

etc...
