@Lyte how to improve those around me

Hey Lyte, I know that you are the player behavior person, from what I can see on the forums, so this question is directed to you. How can I help those around me with their attitude in game? When I am in chat I make every attempt to be civil and decent to those I am around, and I know I am guilty from time to time of coming close to the line, but I don't believe I have really ever conducted myself in a poor manner. That being said I don't know how to influence those around me. I try to say things like, "I wish you luck", or "You did very well this game" and I say these things whether I win or lose, and yet these things don't seem to affect those that I am speaking with. Now I know that there are some who just will not change quickly, but I want to be a positive influence and help others to do so because it saddens me when someone makes a bad play and they get insulted to the point they want to call it "gg". This is true whether it be my team or my enemy team. There is no fun, even in a win, when I know that the enemy team just made themselves enemies because of the match. Plz Lyte, or anyone else knowledgable on the topic, can we come up with something that players can do to help each other out.
