My thoughts on the so-called ELO hell

Ok. I am not usually one to complain about, or even talk about elo hell, however, the last ranked game I played really just ticked me off. So we started the game ok, I was darius and by 15 minutes I was 4/0 because I was up against a Zilean top that would just let me hit him without even trying to retaliate. The problem came in when our tryn jungle decided to not gank any of the lanes and he would constantly get caught out and die, therefor feeding their shyvanna and akali. the second problem was our mid lane Rumble who ended up feeding the Akali or Shyv because he had no help in mid. After awhile he just started raging at the Tryn and began deliberately feeding the enemy because he felt there was no chance at winning. and then when his help was crucial in defending our nexus, when it was just him and our Lee alive, he was afk. and on top of all of nthat the Tryn kept trying to pin the blame on us being "trash" and tried to make it sound like me, graves and lee were feeding, when in reality we were the only ones on the team doing anything worthwhile. So my point being is that I am starting to believe elo hell does exist because of people like that. even if people say "well why don't you just carry?" well my answer to that is its hard to carry when the enemy mid laner and jungle are both fed, and on top of that if they have a Vayne(which they did) I get shredded to the point where the fed ones can come in and kill me. (I'm putting this in misc. because I don't know where this should go, also the match in question is linked)

Edit: so I just played another ranked game: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2374311566/216413345?tab=overview and lo and behold what happens? the cait picked cait for support and the lucian gave up immediately. once the game started he proceeded to feed intentionally, he even said multiple times "free win"

one bad match = elo hell?

and if you're better than the elo you're currently in, that means you only have 4 chances to have feeding teammates, while the enemy team has 5. Odds are in your favor, and you will eventually climb.
