I've been wondering something
So, I watch these boards on a daily basis. Comment quite a bit. And I've noticed something that puzzles me to no end. Day in and day out, most of what I see is people complaining about Riot. How they have a broken game, the new jungle is stupid. x champ is terrible and y champ is toxic and z champ is overpowered. Riot never listens. This game is too toxic and it's stupid.
So... why do you guys keep playing? I can only assume you're still having fun. That would be a good reason to continue playing League. But if you're still having fun, then isn't Riot doing it's job? They made a game you enjoy playing. If you don't enjoy playing it, then leave. If you do enjoy playing it, then they have succeeded in their goal of making a game you enjoy.
Could it be better? Sure. I have yet to see a perfect game. Bugs, glitches, balance problems, etc. This isn't unique to Riot or League. They aren't omnipotent, nor omniscient. Their team is good but by no means perfect. And players will always find more problems than the team will, by virtue of sheer numbers and probability.
In short: constructive criticism is good. Raging and being toxic at people who put in a ton of effort to make a game you enjoy and keep it running solves nothing. And if you don't enjoy it, stop playing it. Ta da.
