Scenario: Level 18. Nine Scaling CDR Glyphs. 0.09 CDR/Level (1.67%CDR at level 18). How much would this have an impact per level on a champion with low cdr skills such as Twisted Fate? I believe his Q and W skills are at 6 seconds.
So my question: Are Scaling CDR Glyphs better than Scaling AP Glyphs? Given only those two options.
Snowfox1 votesYou have to get to level 10 for either of them to become more efficient than the flat counterparts. Picking up a Morello at level 6-8 will give you more cdr than the runes at level 18

My TF build does not include any CDR item.
DrCyanide1 votesUltimately CDR is a playstyle choice. If you prefer to rely on doing the most damage in a single go that you can, go Scaling AP. If you prefer to spam more spells (or have your spells back up faster for targeting a second target) then get CDR.
