You have to leave a game and you have to sit in "time out" for like 10 minutes.
That's not a fucking low priority que that's a TIME OUT. Low priority is like everyone else that is quing up that isn't in your time out corner with you goes past you.
Don't make a player sit there for 5-10 minutes cause he had a real life emergency. Like are you idiots serious?
And what about all the other games you've dc'd or afk'd in? One emergency leave does not drop you into LPQ. It's the consequences of have left or afk'd in multiple games and unfortunately for you, it triggered on genuine emergency.
Agreed. That's stupid. This is only one example of how riot treats adults (which comprise like 99% of their community) like kindergartners.
5-10 minutes? Hell. Iv'e gotten 20 minutes for 10 games (yea, i had to wait 2 hours total)
i do agree that it is stupid tho, what it should be is what it actually says, lower priority, meaning if there is X players waiting for a game, they get in the game first, and you have an extra X mins (depends how many people are on, limiting the amount to 10 mins (or 5, or 20) until u get put into regular priority, if u didn't find a match before that

I've honestly left probably 5-6 games out of my last 100-200 due to "Real life emergencies"(Being the only reason I've left games, minus one where my computer reset, silly windows updates.) and I've never encountered a low priority queue. How many games have you left to get into that? Legit curious. Because even 1-2 of my leaves could have been avoided if I REALLY wanted to, without actually effecting my real life too much.
Some of mine are actual emergencies, and the rest are just my parents not knowing how technology works.
You never get low priority from 1 game. Has to be multiple games in a short time frame/without playing a lot of non-leaver games. (you can leave a game, not play for a month, come back, leave another, and it still counts as a short time frame) How many times does your mom break her ankle a week?
Source: I left a game once cause my router crashed. Reconnected before end, still got leaver flagged. No low priority.
Deal with it, stop leaving games.
Edit: Also, 0/4/0 leave in ranked, with you giving up 1st blood too. Suddenly- emergency babysitting. =0
