Has anyone just let the minions fight? What happens?

I am curious. If both teams let the minions fight, what happens? Does it end in a stalemate?

No champion interaction at all. Just staying in base (Or just not attacking minions and monsters) just letting minions fight. Does anyone know? Is it all random as to which team will win or do the minions always fight to a stalemate/tie?

I have always been curious about this, but never get the chance to test it XD
