Shaco's damage type is set to physical while being a really really hybrid champion. I mean, his Passive, W, E and R scales with AP, and all of them except the passive deal magic damage. Shouldn't he be hybrid/mixed (like Akali)?
Yes they scale off of both AD and AP, but they all deal physical damage regardless and will still be reduced by armor; even if you're building AP, similarly Katarina's abilities scale off of AD but will still deal Magical Damage, and Kindred Scales off of AD only but still 2 of them deal magical damage. His Damage type isn't the same as his scaling, another example; Leona's abilities scale off armor and MR, but still do magical damage, because armor damage is not a thing.
