Transferring Item Set Configuration
In the past, this is how you transfer item set file from your old computer to your new one
how about now? did the developers changed the saved item set configuration to client side?

Your item sets are saved in folders named for each champion. There is a folder wherever you installed the game that contains folders named for each champ in the game. making champ-specific item sets populates these folders. Just copy the top level folder and copy paste it over the existing one one your other computer. should work.
