Lee is designed to be highly mobile and apply early pressure. He doesn't scale into lategame because honestly that's not what he is meant to do. Instead he's more of an awkward tank and a frenzy knockup kick machine. Not to mention he has a 44.68% win rate in ranked across all division for the last month, and 45.85% in normal queue across all division for the last month aswell.

Eh, he has rather high AD ratios, I'm surprised he's never played as an assassin.

How is 200% bonus AD scaling on an ult not scaling into late-game? He even has an execute.

But I never really have problems with him, tbh. Just ward and you'll see his Q from a mile away.

People haven't been complaining about Lee for several weeks, if not a couple months, because he isn't the dominant uber annoying mess he used to be (now at least you know you can wipe the floor with him as most other junglers).
