One question about my current Silver tier/points
Do they reset back to "unrank" after the disconnecting schedule around November 19?

When next season starts you will be soft reset. Pretty much it means you will play vs all the players you've played with to get placed somewhere for S5 based on how you do in the promos. Atm, all ranked for now is just for mmr increase (so next season you can get higher elo quicker.)
