Hextech crafting isn't for long term players, it caters to new players. Can we get trading?

Howdy! So, I've been playing league for about 4 years, and I have already unlocked every champion. I've also invested a fairly large amount of money into this game, and I've got a pretty large amount of skins. That being said, I feel like the hextech crafting system isn't really geared towards me... Which is unfortunate. I've been very excited for it's implementation, but it's fallen flat for a couple reasons. The first (which has already been addressed in the faq, sort of) is that there is no use for blue essence for people who have already unlocked every champ. The second, is getting skins that I already own. And because of that, I feel like I won't be investing any more money into Hextech crafting.

Yesterday I unboxed a Gentleman Cho'Gath skin, which is one of my favorites. Today, I unboxed Spirit Guard Udyr. I already own both. Which leads me to my point.... Can we have trading implemented? That way, I have legitimate options that feel worth while for those skins that I already own, but are too good to be breaking down into essence. The other way that it would be good, is for champion shards. I have plenty of friends who are a lot more casual, and they are looking to really work on getting a champion pool built up. They would love to get the Lee Sin shard in my inventory, and I'd be happy to give it to them for that Dragon Slayer Braum skin in theirs.

By implementing trading, I feel like it would make the general experience of both new and old players significantly better, and feeling less at mercy to RNG-eezus.

...You mean it isn't for paying players, it's definitely a long tem thing. Though trading would be nice.

It would also defeat the purpose of having the RNG implemented, and allow players to get skins and champions at a SIGNIFICANT discount.

The whole purpose of the System is to be RNG, gambling isn't suppose to be safe nor reliable.

I've been playing since S3, and even then, I don't even have half of the champions, and barely a dozen skins. I only bought 3 skins, 1 ward skin, and 1 Summoner icon for myself with RP. The only other champ skins I own are the free ones, like Alistar's and Tristana's, and a few from Mystery Gifts from friends. Granted, I've also spent money sending mystery gifts, but that's still hardly much of anything

I also only have the starting 2 rune pages, and only enough runes to make 2 unique pages. I play, maybe at most, 5 hours a day, and somedays don't play at all.

The moment the first message came about the Hextech crafting, I was psyched beyond words. Unlike other people I don't spend countless hours daily on LoL to have enough IP to own everything, or spend enough money on LoL to own much of anything through RP. The 4 chest charges that recharge at a rate of 1 charge per week is wonderful for me. I'll likely only get 1-2 chests per week.

It's not that it's not geared towards long-time players, as I even know an S1 player that is still missing several dozen champs.

The players that don't benefit as much from this are the ones that spend a lot of money and the players that spend a lot of time on the game.

Hextech crafting was introduced to make the game even more "Free to play", by offering a way to get most, if not all, (ex)"RP only" content, through playing the game. It's as simple as that.

ALSO... Do you know that you can "Reroll" skin shards? sure, it takes more effort than you might like, but if you have 3 skin shards for skins you already own, or don't want, reroll them into a new one. rinse and repeat.
