We need something different here instead of the same boring ones where I get real bored quick with just 3 matches, and I think the new "Everybody will have all Keystone Masteries" is a good start. This should seriously be implemented.
Let's just establish the most obvious fact. Everyone having all 9 keystone is going to have little influence in actual play. You might see one or two different builds because of it but in truth this wont actually change much. People are still going to be doing weird builds to exploit the mana and CDR as much as possible, as that is the point of URF. Keystones wont change that.
No offense meant here but I feel like that won't make any real impact on URF. The only thing I will say is that I think it would make healers super obnoxious because of the combination of Windspeaker's and Thunderlords. Otherwise, meh.
