Can we get a decent spectate system?

You know, it'd be nice if we could skip ahead to "LIVE" if we're somehow 7 minutes behind. (What Spectate shows as LIVE, that is) Oh, and you could make it so that we can actually disable the delay in customs. That'd be a nice barebones feature that still hasn't been integrated...
