There are a crap ton of champions in this game, but sometimes there are some that you actually don't care too much about. Let's see:

Hell, I'll give you reasons too.
Cause he's a boring Altair clone, with zero personality or interesting lore.
Cause he's a generic ninja character, who like Talon, is allergic to having a personality.
Cause she's basically a jungle monster as a champion.
Cause she's a bland bitch, who is less interesting than Ashe.
And cause "You killed my wife!" characters bore me.
and Panatheon is only good for jungle.
he is literally so fucking boring to play
same as the ding finger
the only time it's exciting to play him is the little bit of channel time on his ult
ap shaco in aram is just so uninteresting
his laning phase is so stupid

Strong? yeah some of them. But soooooo boooooooring
I will fall asleep playing these champions even if some of them may be good like soraka spam heal its just so boring
. Vladamir is a hard champ to play with, so is Talon. janna is bad support.
