I got my first penta with Annie at level 5(summoner level and yes it was pvp and i had fed yasuo because it was first pvp and it was one giant ks during a team fight when I dropped hi on al of them so cheap yet so funny, I've since gotten over a hundred, champs included are Annie, Kat, Evelynn, Teemo, Lux, and Janna(dont ask but I carreied that game)), Tibbers op yo

my first (and only) penta is with nasus on aram, not sure how i got it, but im sure i ks'ed 3 of them
